Claura provides content automation systems, content strategy consulting, and related services through its platforms including Postiz (postiz.claura-ai.com), Loop (adloop.app), and MixMaker. These platforms enable users to schedule, publish, and manage content across social media channels including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

3. Third-Party Account Connections

Our services allow you to connect third-party accounts (such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn) to schedule and publish content. By connecting these accounts, you authorize Claura to access and use your account data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke this access at any time by disconnecting the account from our platform or through the third-party provider's account settings.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Cooperate with our team during implementation
• Maintain the confidentiality of any credentials provided
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws
• Ensure they have the right to publish content through connected accounts
• Comply with the terms of service of any connected third-party platforms

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Claura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms on your account, including but not limited to content removal, account suspension, or policy changes.
