The challenge

Visibility in a competitive niche, without unlimited budget.

Event space marketplaces have historically relied on word of mouth. Paid traffic in this niche is expensive and hard to scale. SpacePal needed to build an organic traffic engine that could work without a constant advertising budget.

On top of that, emerging channels like LLMs (ChatGPT, Perplexity) were capturing more and more high-intent searches — and no competitor was positioned there yet. It was a window of opportunity that needed to be seized before it closed.

Our Strategy

We designed a multi-channel acquisition engine that works across search, social, and AI platforms simultaneously—each channel reinforcing the others.

The strategy combined programmatic SEO for high-intent search traffic, LLM presence for emerging AI discovery channels, and TikTok multi-accounts for organic social reach.

The solution

Programmatic SEO, LLMs, and TikTok: three engines running in parallel.

We built a programmatic SEO system that automatically generates and updates landing pages for every city, space type, and event type. Pages were scraped weekly to incorporate ranking changes and market updates — covering everything from photography studios in Buenos Aires to event halls in Mendoza.

In parallel, we executed an LLM presence strategy: identified the most frequently asked questions in the niche on Reddit, engaged in key threads, and built topical authority so SpacePal would appear in ChatGPT and Perplexity answers. This was complemented by TikTok multi-accounts in carousel format — tips on event organization, how to find venues, location management — organically and indirectly redirecting audience to the platform.

On top of this, we built a personalized segmentation system: based on each user's behavior on the platform — which spaces they viewed, how long they stayed, which categories they explored — automatic segments were created that triggered personalized communication campaigns via WhatsApp, email, and push notifications. The content of each message was generated automatically based on the user's profile. The result: higher engagement and retention without any manual intervention from the team.

On the paid advertising front, a 24/7 monitoring system was implemented across all active campaigns on Meta and Google Ads. On Google, the agent continuously optimizes at the keyword and phrase level, and automatically generates thousands of ultra-personalized landing pages based on each user's exact search — every search intent gets its own high-converting landing page. On Meta, the system analyzes the performance of every creative, detects the best-converting patterns, and automatically generates new variations to validate and scale the winners.

50% of SpacePal's total traffic today comes from SEO. The programmatic landing pages cover dozens of cities and categories, attracting high-intent traffic at the exact moment of decision. Content updates itself, with no manual intervention.

SpacePal appears in LLM responses for key niche queries — a distribution channel that most competitors still ignore. The multi-channel TikTok generates cold audiences that convert into direct traffic weeks later, closing the funnel organically.
