Loyalz had a vision where every restaurant customer would receive personalized communications: a different message for someone who left a bad review versus someone who has not returned in a month. But writing those messages manually does not scale.
They needed a system that generates the content of each interaction automatically — phone call scripts, WhatsApp messages, SMS, Instagram replies — adapting to each customer context and situation.
We designed a content ops engine that generates personalized messages in real-time and orchestrates when, to whom, and through which channel to send them.
The strategy was to separate content generation from execution. First, the AI understands context (customer history, event type, brand tone). Then it generates the perfect message. Finally, the ops system decides the optimal timing and channel to send it.

We built the generation engine with Claude to understand context and generate natural messages. Each restaurant defines their voice and business rules, and the system produces content that sounds human and personalized — from complete call scripts for ElevenLabs to short WhatsApp messages.
The ops layer orchestrates everything: event-based triggers (new review, inactive customer, upcoming reservation), automatic optimal channel selection, and smart scheduling to avoid saturation. Restaurants see a dashboard with all generated content and metrics for each message.
